Used To Be

The first new music from Coyote Pine. Big guitars, a chorus built for the back row, and the sound of four guys who mean every word of it.

      Bio

Coyote Pine is a four-piece country rock band built on loud guitars, honest songs and a live show that leaves the floor shaking.

Coyote Pine comes out of El Dorado, Arkansas and Spearsville, Louisiana, just across the state line. Micah Hughes sings and plays rhythm and acoustic guitar, Matt Peace plays lead, Tanner “Rooster” Barnett holds down the bass and Jonathan Chambers plays drums. The band lives somewhere between the red-dirt grit of Whiskey Myers, the swagger of Treaty Oak Revival and the Southern rock that Lynyrd Skynyrd carved out decades ago. The songs are about real life. The shows are about turning it up.

Their new single, “Used To Be,” arrives October 23, 2026. It was recorded, mixed and mastered at Abeyta Audio, and it's the first look at the new music the band has on the way.

      Short bio
